IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
Yes, for all order with delivery there is a $800 minimum.
IF I DON'T MEET THE MINIMUM, CAN I PICK UP THE PIECES?
Being a specialty rental company, our collections require special handling. Vehicles required for pick up are enclosed trailers, ties & proper handling by whomever is picking up & dropping off. Due to the size and nature of some items, not all items in our inventory are available for pick up.

HOW IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE MY ITEMS?
As soon as you know what you want! Since there is limited availability on items, the further in advance you book, the more likely something is going to be available for your event.
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Yes, Each one of our rental items have a daily rate.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
In order to reserve your item, date and delivery slot a 50% deposit should be made as soon as possible to ensure availability.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
You have a month before your event date to change an item that is available of equal or higher value.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
Upon request we will send you an invoice and rental agreement for you to revise and sign once you are ready to make your deposit or book your pieces.
